USA Made from scratch by Keith Nix Knives. The Barnwell is a thin, straight-edged, flexible carving knife for slicing brisket, prime rib, or other large cuts of meat. It is also suitable for filleting large fish or carving the turkey! Available in lengths to suit your needs! As shown the Barnwell has an eleven-inch blade, and the price shown reflects that. Shorter versions can be made which will be less costly. Standard steel is AEB-L stainless unless otherwise specified.
