All Synthetic Handle on any knife

G10 and Micarta are impervious to water and bacteria, food safe, and approved by Health Departments across the country for use in professional kitchens. Warp, twisting, and absorption are reduced to near zero with these materials.
Fully synthetic knife handles are available at Keith Nix Knives, but the materials are expensive compared to stabilized wood. Therefore there will be a $15 upcharge for fully synthetic handles.
