This Six Inch Custom Meat or Vegetable Cleaver knife is three inches tall, and available as traditional rectangular, or a Serbian style with a raduised nose to lighten the front of the knife at the tip. Made from 1/8 AEB-L stainless steel. Finished, this knife comes in at .080-.100" thick, with a full flat grind finishing in a light convex edge. It can be made as a thin vegetable cleaver or thicker and more robust as a meat cleaver for tougher chores. These Keith Nix Knives six inch custom cleavers will be SHARP and are not intended to chop bones. If you want a bone splitting meat cleaver, please talk to me about that!

AEB-L stainless steel, Heat treated in house to 60-61HRc. Choice of nine different steels lets you maximize edge retention, toughness, stain resistance, or a balance of all three! Your choice of handle materials. These knives are made with a high convex grind for cutting and slicing excellence!
The price is for a six inch custom cleaver. For each additional inch of length, add $20

Your Keith Nix Knife is guaranteed for life. I will either repair, replace, or refund your knife at my discretion. All you have to do is ship or deliver it to me and pick it up, or I'll pay return shipping.
If you just don't like your Keith Nix Knife, ship it back. I'll refund the purchase price, no questions asked. 
When your knife gets dull, and it eventually will, I'll sharpen it free of charge, always. Dull knives are awful to work with. Just don't do it.
